Creating goals from the inside out. Nancy helps me to define what I want and go towards it with all my heart. I see that I can take steps towards a goal and that it's actually possible to meet my goals ... to have just what I want. But she has taught me to move towards my goals from the inside out, to stay in touch with that deep place inside me, to make decisions from there. Also, Nancy has an awesome ability to hold out lightness when I feel like I’m drowning in heaviness... I’ve learned in our sessions that I am not responsible for other’s feelings. And I now have the tools to let go of my worry and be in the present moment.
